Temporary suspension of shipments to the United States
As a result of the US administration's tariff policy and the end of the ‘de minimis’ regime (allowing small international parcels worth up to USD 800 to be exempt from customs duties) and the uncertainty surrounding customs procedures in the US, some European postal operators have suspended parcel deliveries to the United States. Among them is our postal service provider. Therefore, until the situation is clarified, we have temporarily suspended shipments of Etseo products to the United States. We appreciate our customers' understanding and hope to see this situation clarified soon.

Order fulfilment
Orders received before 18:00 GMT/UTC (or 19:00 Central European Time) will be shipped the next business day. Orders received between 18:00 GMT/UTC and 24:00 will be considered as received on the next business day.

All orders within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Worldwide
For the above listed countries that are not EU or USA the orders are shipped with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you may be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.
