We have a 14-day return policy
That means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the original tag(s) not removed from the product(s) and in its original packaging even if opened.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Orders placed through a retailer must be returned through the original place of purchase.
How to start a return?
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com informing us that you want to return the product(s).
Click on this link: Online Return Form to download the online return form (computers only, not available for mobile phones).
Include it in your email to us, filled with the required info. If you don’t have access to a computer and/or a printer, you can use the paper Return Form sent with the order, fill in the necessary fields, photograph it and send it to our email.
If your return is accepted, we will invite you to send the items to the address on the return form. Please send the printed Return Form together with the returned item(s).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your return is accepted, Etseo will refund you in accordance with these conditions. The return shipping cost by mail will, however, be paid by the customer.
